Our services are offered on a subscription basis — members purchase premium plans to unlock advanced features such as contact visibility, unlimited messaging, and priority profile display.

This policy governs all cancellation and refund requests for premium subscriptions purchased on our platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined here.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund only if premium features (contact views, messages) have not been used.
  • If premium features have been accessed even once, cancellation will stop future billing but no refund will be issued for the current period.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@jiwanshaadi.com with your registered mobile number and order ID.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable within 7 days of purchase, provided that no premium features (contact views, messages sent) have been used.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase, regardless of usage.
  • No refund will be granted if any premium feature — including viewing contact details or sending messages — has been used.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
  • If a technical issue on our platform prevents you from using the service, the case will be reviewed individually and a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after using any premium feature.
  • Account suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Partial usage of a subscription period (e.g., cancelling mid-way through a 6-month plan).
  • Upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan — the remaining value of the previous plan is non-refundable.
  • Providing false information during registration or profile setup.

  • Razorpay / Payment Order ID

Our support team will respond within 2 business days of receiving your request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days thereafter.
