3. Subscription Activation

All plans are activated within minutes of successful payment via Razorpay. You will receive an in-app notification and email confirmation immediately.

Since JiwanShaadi offers digital services only, a traditional exchange policy does not apply. However, the following rules govern plan changes:

• ✓Users can upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan at any time during their active subscription.
• ✓Upgrade amount = Difference between the new plan price and the current plan price (pro-rated).
• ✗Downgrade of plans (e.g., from Diamond to Gold Plus) is not applicable.
• ✗Plan-to-plan transfer between accounts is not allowed.
